Leave the hotel and head for the TOMEI EXPRESSWAY-FUJI SKYLINE-5TH STATION (2.5 hr drive)

Take in the scenery of rural Japan on the way to Mt. Fuji and enjoy a panoramic view from the 5th station (approx. 8,000 ft. altitude), from which Mt. Fuji's summit will be clearly visible if the weather permits. You can also browse and shop at the many bustling souvenir stores here.

After a hearty lunch, the first activity of the afternoon will be a PIRATES BOAT CRUISE on LAKE ASHI. During this peaceful boat ride, you can enjoy the picturesque and serene natural beauty of the crater lake.

Disembarking from the boat, you will proceed to the HAKONE SKY GONDOLA. This double-wire gondola ride offers a breathtaking, 360-degree panoramic view of the volcanic Hakone mountains.

To finish up with an experience that will leave you with a lasting impression, you will visit OWAKUDANI BOILING VALLEY, an ancient volcanic crater where you can smell the sulfurous fumes and see clouds of steam rising up from the crevasses. Why not try eating a black-shelled egg, boiled in the sulfurous hot spring water? You will also have the chance to buy some last-minute souvenirs.

Yotsuya Campus) by KNT. Hotel reservations are proceeded on first-come-first-served basis. If your selected hotel is fully booked, we will make a reservation at your second choice hotel.
